Identify Your Skills - Learn New Skills
- Everyone needs to
be a "Life-Long Learner." You will want to strengthen
your "Foundation Skills" and your other transferable
skills. Set aside time for "capacity building."
- Look for
opportunities to learn new skills and enhance those
you already have.
- Learn what skills are needed and valued
in your industry, now and in the future.

for example, you would go to "Finance and Insurance," then
to "Banking", and then to Training
and Advancement - there you will find helpful
information describing learning opportunities in
the field. Another good source
