Alternatives for Schools, Colleges, and
Libraries
If you help people with career and education choices, you
will want to explore these options:
- Most states have "mentor" websites
to help students select a college, apply for admission,
and finance their education that include The Career Key™. Click
here to check for your state.
- There are companies that offer
The Career Key™ as part of their online web-based
guidance services:
- Education
and Career Opportunities System (ECOS) of The Princeton
Review is an Internet-based portfolio system, which helps
students explore and realize professional and academic
goals. Students have access to a complete, comprehensive
system for the exploration of career, college, financial
aid and life skills.
- Peterson's
GuidanceNet™ is an online resource center that
integrates with a high school, community college, or
library web service. It includes unlimited test preparation
(e.g., PSAT, SAT, ACT, AP, ASVAB, GED), financial aid
tools, college searches, information regarding scholarships,
and career planning tools.
- A license to print copies of
the paper-pencil Career Key (English and Spanish) can be
purchased at our eBookStore.
- Printed copies of the new notebook version of the Career
Key can be purchased at the American
School Counselors Association bookstore. In addition to the self-scored test,
it includes several career guidance activities and suggestions
for using it with the Career Key website.
